DATA PRIVACY CONSENT AND REPRESENTATIONS

I hereby consent to the collection, use, storing, disclosure, transfer, sharing and general processing of my Personal Data by Ryugaku Marketing (the “Company”), its affiliates and related companies and by any other relevant third party in accordance with the Purposes and the terms of this Personal Data Protection Notice to Applicants.

By submitting my personal information, including my curriculum vitae (“CV”) or resume, and other necessary documents I warrant and affirm that all information I am submitting to the Company and/or its representatives for purposes of or in connection with my employment application or any transaction contemplated hereby are, and all such information I hereafter furnished to the Company and/or its representatives will be, true, accurate and complete in every material respect or based on reasonable circumstance on the date as of which such information is stated, submitted or certified.

Neither my submissions, my CV, any document, certificate, statement, nor other documents I furnished to the Company and/or its representatives in connection herewith or therewith, contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained herein and therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.

I agree that any omission or misrepresentation shall cause the rejection of my application, withdrawal of the Company’s offer (if any or applicable) or, if engaged as employee, the termination of my employment.

I further agree that the following behaviors shall also result in IMMEDIATE REJECTION of my application:

1. Any indication of cheating on my assessments;
2. Any information connecting me to unauthorized sharing of assessment questions or participating in social media forums that encourage cheating on the application and testing process;
3. Any information the Company verifies during the interview that is false or inconsistent with my previous claims in my application.

Moreover, I agree to hold free and harmless and indemnify the Company from any complaint, suit, or damages which any party may file or claim in relation to my consent.

SOCIAL MEDIA BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT

I understand and agree that the Company may make available my public posts on social media, as well as publicly available articles from the web and news sources and allow the processing of the same post and contents for the purposes stated in this Consent Form and the Personal Data Protection Notice, to a Social Media Background Check third-party provider.

By my signature below, I authorize the Company and its designated agents and representatives to conduct a comprehensive review of my social media background through a consumer report and/or an investigative consumer report to be generated for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention as an employee.

Moreover, I agree to hold free and harmless and indemnify the Company from any complaint, suit, or damages which any party may file or claim in relation to my consent.
